Bug Slap Animation Rough

Oh man, I am still in Holliday mode and school started a week ago. First animation of the term is a man slapping a bug. I decided to make the guy super drunk. I think I may end up liking this rough straight ahead animation then I will the final result, ah well.

Fish Animation

OH god!!!!! It took me 12 hours to re-line everything... all 58 frames @3@

I haven't slept much, so please forgive me if i start to ramble.

This is the final animation that was to be done for the first semester of first year animation. I am super happy with the way this turned out, even with the movement of the tail!

Finals, Finals, Finals!

Oh god, I have been so busy as of late with all my school work, I completely forgot that I should update my blog OTL

So, I havent been doing as well on my assignments for my Animation class as of late... I have been slacking in the "go to teacher for help" department. Perhaps I got too cocky for my own good? at least I have yet to completely fail an assignment, I have been keeping it all over 50% ahaha...
If I can pass all my classes this semester I swear to god I will go to my teachers more. (why do I always learn these lessons after its too late in the semester) At least I can say that Ive gone to more classes then I did last year.

ANYWAYS~

This week is the final week of the semester and everyone is rushing to get their stuff done for Friday. I am in an OK area, I could be a lot better... At least I can say that I am on schedule for Layout class then I have been all semester, that's an improvement.

Speaking of Design, we get to create a room with a personality, be it a living room or a bedroom. For mine, I chose bedroom. There have been so many chances made that it looks NOTHING like the thumbnails that I did two weeks ago, Lets take a look shall we?

I personally dont like the way I did the ceiling with all its lines... But my teacher loves it 8U ah well, I'm not the one giving me the marks.


As for my other classes:

Is'nt he just the cutest, derp, thing ever?! I cant wait until I get to the point were I get to put in all the facial features (which will hopefully be within the next few days....)

For now, All I have to show you on my progress is the pencil linetest of just his ball form.




Anyways, I am off to animate some more!

I think this is the first project that I have ever gotten done without it all done last minute. 8D

Flags and Kitchens

This one took a lot longer to complete then my other projects, probably because I had to pay attention to more then one thing to animate @3@.

For the background, I am extremely proud of how it turned out. I would usually consider myself to be really bad at backgrounds that include any sort of man made structure in them, but this one turned out pretty damn good in my opinion (well, the spikes could have been done better but, ehhhhhhhh I will work better on my next one.)

Speaking of backgrounds:

This would be my final kitchen layout that I handed in to my Layout class, It never got approved by the teacher because I fail at doing things not at the last minute. I think this is the first time that I have EVER done any sort of background that looked this good... to me 8D;; That was the first, official all-nigher that I pulled this year. I don't think I will ever try to be doing that again, It really threw off my sleep schedule >_< (and I still havent fixed it, Oh GAWD)
